Who is involved and why
Mont Bo Gestion Inmobiliaria Global SL (tax ID B64786502) owns this website, acts as an intermediary and is responsible for managing the site and any browsing statistics you consent to. Office: Carrer de la Font Vella, 7, first floor, 08221 Terrassa. Contact: info@concordialegal.es.
The enquiry and legal file are handled by the lawyer responsible for the matter, who provides and invoices the service and determines the processing needed to advise and represent you. Professional access to the content is reserved to that lawyer. Their identity and professional details are provided at first contact and in the quotation before engagement.
Form data and legal basis
We ask for your name, enquiry type, preferred reply method and phone or email accordingly. You may provide a callback slot and brief summary. If you provide an email, you receive an automatic acknowledgement without the enquiry content.
The data is used to respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation and take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). An engaged matter is processed to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations. Website abuse prevention relies on the legitimate interest in security; optional analytics and campaign measurement rely on consent for each purpose.
Name, service and preferred contact details are required. The summary is optional except for ‘Other’. Submitting is free, does not start proceedings and does not engage a service.
Documents and confidentiality
Do not submit medical reports, identity documents or third-party details through this form. The lawyer will agree how to provide documents. Case documents are kept in folders on the responsible lawyer’s computer, with professional access reserved to that lawyer.
Necessary special-category data is processed on the applicable basis, including establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (GDPR Article 9(2)(f)), subject to confidentiality and professional secrecy. No automated decision is made on case viability or acceptance.
Technical providers and recipients
Sites hosts the website using Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend transmits form emails and acknowledgements. Public mail reception records confirm Microsoft infrastructure for the domain’s email. Technical processing by providers is distinct from professional access to the case file.
We do not sell enquiries or documents. The lawyer determines necessary disclosures to courts, authorities, court representatives or experts for the engagement. External services such as WhatsApp open only when you choose to use them.
Technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must rely on an adequacy decision or applicable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, according to the service and configuration.
Private tracking and submission protection
The website database does not copy form contents, names or contact details. It stores a reference, service area, contact method, time slot, language, dates and handling and delivery states. Only the authorised account can access the private dashboard. Metadata is retained for 180 days and deleted when new enquiries are processed or the dashboard is accessed.
The lawyer updates handling states and marks useful enquiries, quotations and engagements. Technical receipt does not mean the enquiry has been handled by a lawyer. Campaign attribution is recorded only with consent to a measurement purpose, without names, contact details or enquiry texts.
Abuse protection retains protected codes derived from contact, connection and contents plus delivery identifiers for 24 hours. No readable contact or IP is stored. Records are removed when new submissions are processed; no cookies are added and a second submission may complete information.
Retention of enquiries and files
Unengaged enquiries stay in the mailbox while needed to respond, close the request and address potential liabilities. Engaged case files are kept during the professional relationship and as necessary for applicable legal and defence obligations.
There is no single legal maximum for every document and matter. When the purpose ends, data is deleted or, where required, blocked during applicable liability limitation periods. Blocked data is not reused for enquiries or advertising. It is destroyed once those periods expire. Indefinite ordinary-use retention is not envisaged.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection where applicable at info@concordialegal.es. Explain the right and provide what is needed to locate the request. Additional identity checks are requested only when necessary.
You may withdraw analytics and campaign measurement consent through ‘Cookie settings’, without affecting earlier processing, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Optional analytics and campaigns
You can separately permit visit and contact analytics and campaign measurement with Google Analytics and Google Ads. With campaign consent, Google may link click identifiers to confirmed enquiry submissions. It receives no names, emails, phone numbers, messages or documents, nor the page of a specific medical service. Advertising personalisation is disabled. The private dashboard is not measured.
Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Refusal or withdrawal does not restrict access to the website or form.
