Intermediation and legal services

The company owns the website and acts as an intermediary. Legal services are provided and invoiced by the lawyer engaged by the client, not the company.

The lawyer is identified at first contact. Their professional bar, registration number and applicable details are included in the quotation before engagement.

Fees and engagement

Prices state fees plus VAT. The Fees page also shows totals including 21% VAT. The quotation defines work, stages, taxes, external costs, payment and total. These are not official bar tariffs.

Drafting and sending an initial demand costs €300 + VAT, with external delivery costs where applicable. These fees are deducted from subsequent court proceedings for the same matter. Further negotiations are quoted separately.

Submitting an enquiry is free, does not engage services or commence proceedings, and does not suspend deadlines. The work is agreed before it begins.
