Payment
Up to two payments, on agreed dates.
For fees of €1,200 + VAT or more, you may request two 50% payments: on engagement and on the agreed date. If there is a hearing, the second payment is due that day. Otherwise, the quotation specifies a date. External expenses have separate conditions.
For example, €1,800 + VAT may be split into two payments of €900 + VAT. The quotation confirms the schedule and total.

Court representative
Representation before the court.
A court representative (procurador) handles procedural representation where required, for example in an eviction case.
Their fees are listed separately. We explain when they are needed and their cost before engagement.

A technical assessment for your claim.
An expert assesses a specialist issue. A doctor may evaluate lasting injuries, or a specialist may assess vehicle damage.
